In order to best cover everything that needs to be covered in this Lowe Down, I've decided to steal a chapter (no pun intended, of course) out of R. Kelly's book. His recent laughable Video-Music-Film thing had a grand total of 12 chapters, and gave many pop culture researchers something to laugh about in 2005. So to pay homage to quite possible the dumbest thing I've ever seen on TV, I've decided to break down the past couple of weeks in 12 chapters.
